TERMS OF SERVICE

->Payments through Paypal only

->Currency and fees are is set to and will be handled in USD->I will accept payment though an invoice I send out after the sketch is approved->Some additional charges may apply with edits.
work will resume after edits have been payed for->Complex designs may also cause the price to fluctuate

🔒Eligibility🔒

->You must be 18+ to commission me even if the art is SFW

->I reserve the right to reject the commission if I feel I am unfit for the idea->You may only have 1 Request per opening->you must have an active platform and have at least one Commission to your name->you must have a reference I can use. I do not accept text descriptions

📢communication📢

->I only speak in English but can use a translator if needed->Please know the process will heavily depend on your ability to convey your idea unless I am given artistic freedom->Please be respectful to me. at the end of the day I'm a human being just trying to get by. I may reject your request if you harass me->Please do not commission me for malicious or otherwise strange strange reasons.->I use Bluesky and Telegram (Rykami99)

->You may freely share and repost my art as long as you credit me->Do not erase my signature or claim you made the art->Do not use my art for AI or NFT use->I may continue to use the art for premotional or otherwise personal use->Do not Edit or resell the art in any way

🕗Delivery🕗

->I usually start the day of receiving the Request if my schedule is free->There may be some delays due to business in my other departments but I try to get my commissions done within a months time at the very most.->Expect a sketch in 1-3 days of commissioning and a finished product in 3-14 days pending on its complexity

❌Cancellations, Refunds & Edits↩️

->If you fail to respond before or after I accept your request for 2 weeks. you commission/request may be cancelled or forfeit->Because I charge after the sketch, I do not usually offer refunds, under certain circumstances I will Refund 50% of the payment past the sketch phase, but this is uncommon->Please note that Edits may result in increased fees. Edits made before sketch phase are free unless they are excessive (usually above 6-10)
I will not edit the Art piece past the sketch phase unless the edit is is not incredibly arduous such as color edits or slight shading fixes (Face Changing, different, complex designs, major character changes I will absolutely not do)->Please keep the edits and ideas to the sketching phase as this is where I am able to change the piece without many issues->If you harass, blackmail or seek to troll me in any way, I have the right to Cancel the commission

Sketch/Line art

Simple, Rough sketch, Pencil lines, Single color background or character with optional Clean-up and clean lining

->Adding another character will increase the price by +$30 (maximum of 3)->you can request clean-up and Line art style for +$15->Preferably Easy situatuion (No Dynamic Shots)->Single Color Background

Color/Lighting

$70

Fully Colored, Faint lighting or sheen. Highlights, Simple or rather themed background

->Adding another character will increase the price by +$50 (maximum of 2)->Color Complexity may increase Prices->more flexibility as far as poses->Simple or themed background->speech bubbles, movement marks and so on are also available

Detailed/Complex

$120

Fully Colored, Complete lighting or sheen. Highlights, Complex shading Complex or rather themed background

->Adding another character will increase the price by +$80 (maximum of 1)->Color Complexity,Background and advanced shading may increase Prices->most Dynamic poses->Complex or themed background->speech bubbles, movement marks and so on are also available

Comic/Sequence

PENDING

->Sequences are locked to Color/Light shading and sketch lines (pencil lines)
Detailed/Complex Quality is available as well. price pending on its Complexity->The Price Heavily depends on the Complexity of the Sequence ($130-$180+ Per page)->Sequences Can be Multiple Drawings Per page or one Drawing per page pending on the scenario->Complex or themed background->speech bubbles, movement marks and so on are also available
